The Mornington Railway continues to expand its operations. There are now many exciting opportunities for volunteers. More than 70 volunteers already work on the railway.

Railway operations include:

•  Steam and heritage diesel locomotives hauling lovingly restored vintage passenger carriages

•  Passenger services on the first three Sundays of every month - 5 return services each day

•  Children's Birthday Parties

•  The new innovative Wine Train

•  Charters

•  Railway museum

A wide range of unskilled and skilled positions are available both mid week and at weekends.
On the job training is provided. Activities include:

•  Mechanical engineering

•  Carpentry

•  Civil engineering

•  Customer service

•  Marketing

•  Management & supervision
